Dear Amber Capital team,
I write to you as a devoted supporter of Millonarios Fútbol Club — the most historic and beloved football team in Colombia — to express my deep concern and outright rejection of the current leadership of the club under Gustavo Serpa and Enrique Camacho, and to demand that Amber Capital, as majority stakeholder, take immediate responsibility and action.
This is not a bad season. This is an institutional collapse.
Millonarios has suffered failure after failure, season after season. There are no results, no serious sporting project, no investment in line with the club’s history and stature. Most alarming of all: no reaction, no accountability, and no will to change.
While thousands of fans continue to support the team with unconditional love — buying tickets, merchandise, and official products — and despite repeated public criticism from supporters, journalists, and commentators, the board has responded only with silence, apathy, and indifference.
This situation is no longer sustainable. Therefore, we demand:
1. The immediate removal of Gustavo Serpa and Enrique Camacho.
2. The creation of a serious, ambitious, and professional sporting project.
3. Investment worthy of the legacy and dimension of this institution.
4. And, if there is no willingness to provide this, the sale of your shares to those who are truly committed to the club’s future.
Millonarios cannot continue to be dragged down by mediocrity. This message is just the beginning. We will not stop. The fans are awake, organized, and determined to defend the club we love and that deserves so much more.
We are not asking for favors. We demand respect, accountability, and action.
